I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Mental Health and Health from the University of Toronto, and I am a registered social worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. For over 25 years, I have worked in collaboration with individuals and corporations to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations and solution-focused plans tailored to their needs.
I blend together my experience in consulting, research, risk management, and people development to work with individuals during counselling and psychotherapy sessions as they go through life changes of their own. My purpose is to work with you to find purpose, choose a direction, and carve a life path that prioritizes your emotional and physical health.
