I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Mental Health and Health from the University of Toronto and am a registered social worker (RSW) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
With over 25 years of experience working with individuals and organizations in consulting, risk management, and people development, I bring a unique perspective to counselling and psychotherapy.
My professional background has given me a deep understanding of the challenges people face during times of change, including personal transitions, career decisions, workplace challenges, and relationship concerns.
My approach combines psychological knowledge with practical insight. I work collaboratively with clients to explore their experiences, better understand the factors affecting their well-being, and identify meaningful steps toward change.
I offer counselling and psychotherapy services in English and Spanish, providing support in the language that feels most comfortable for you. Sessions are available in person in Toronto and online across Ontario.
